I have been meaning to try guest blogging for quite some time now. I’ve been reading tons of articles about it lately and the benefits it could do for your blog. Aside from that, the main reason for this budding interest is the idea of writing for other blogs or sites other than yours. Isn’t it great to have your article show up on other blogs? It means they approve of your work and they find it worth sharing to their readers.
Cutting a long story short, I tried my luck on guest blogging by submitting a guest post on Famous Bloggers. You could imagine my elation having to see it published on their site. It might sound shallow or corny, but having the chance to guest post on Famous Bloggers, or any site for that matter, is still something to be proud of. Like I said, it means that they approve of your work for every blog worth a spit has its own standards for submitting guest posts.
Another thing that guest post did to me (to my blog actually) was send visitors from other blogs. This blog averages a measly 10-15 visits per day. But when that guest post on Famous Bloggers was published, my visitors rocketed to 57 visits. I know it’s not much, but my point is that guest blogging does drives traffic into your blog. It’s always been said that it will, I never was a believer in it, but now I am.
Guest blogging is one sure way of growing your blog. Not just in terms of traffic or visits, but also in terms of comments as well. I had people commenting on my blog here and there after that article was published and almost all of them came from Famous Bloggers. Would you believe that?
To sum it up, I’m just happy and satisfied that my first attempt at guest blogging was a success. For a blogger who values his work that he puts into his blog, it might be considered as an achievement. It also creates an atmosphere of inspiration. That certain urge to write more meaningful content and share with others.
Would I have another try at guest blogging? You bet I would. How about you? When was the last time you guest blogged?

Beside being published, I think that If your guest posts are refused, it’s a great chance for you to improve your blog. Because you have to think again and again, try to work harder for better blog post. Anyway, Congratulations for your successful

I’m glad I’ve have found this site of yours through famousbloggers.net. In my opinion, your posts are very interesting and fun to read, but of course I became quite sad when you mentioned your medical condition as this requires you to have dialysis treatments every now and then. I have been reading some of your posts on Dialysis Postings and “Itlog de Arina”, and I think you’re doing very great in blog writing.

And you should do more and start creating an opt-in box to collect you list of subscriber, since you are starting to a bit of fame from Famous blogger.
