I have been meaning to try guest blogging for quite some time now. I’ve been reading tons of articles about it lately and the benefits it could do for your blog. Aside from that, the main reason for this budding interest is the idea of writing for other blogs or sites other than yours. Isn’t it great to have your article show up on other blogs? It means they approve of your work and they find it worth sharing to their readers.
Cutting a long story short, I tried my luck on guest blogging by submitting a guest post on Famous Bloggers. You could imagine my elation having to see it published on their site. It might sound shallow or corny, but having the chance to guest post on Famous Bloggers, or any site for that matter, is still something to be proud of. Like I said, it means that they approve of your work for every blog worth a spit has its own standards for submitting guest posts.

Stress is the curse of the breathing man. Anybody worth their life endure seemingly unmanageable stress at some point in their lives. I’ve experienced it before, still enduring it today, and would tackle it again in the future. Being unemployed due to my medical condition, I am the one left at home to do the household chores. This alone could induce stress in its brutal form and it doesn’t end there. I still have to attend my dialysis treatment regularly and manage my medications . Plus, I still have my blogs to tend to. But I’m not complaining. I consider myself as someone that thrives, therefore I cope up with things easily, stress included.
Things I do in Managing Stress
Take A Break
The most effective way that works for me in countering stress is taking a break. Stopping or pausing from something that’s been inflicting stress on you is not just logical but also wise. It prevents burnout and calms the mind enough to endure another round of work. It also helps in viewing the stressful subject in question in a different angle, thus seeing things in a different light.

Everything has a reason behind it. This logic is applicable to almost anything we do, and blogging is not an exception. So what’s the reason behind your blogging? Is there someone in particular who inspired you to hitch into the blogging bandwagon? Or an inspiration from your community, perhaps? Whatever it may be, I’m sure the reason behind your passion to blog is sufficient enough to sustain you. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be blogging at all and won’t be reading this article now.
Is it the Blogging Gurus?
Are the big names in the Blogosphere your influence? Is there a Brian Clark behind your drive to write your stuff? A Darren Rowse in every motivation to promote them? Or a Yaro Starak in every marketing strategy you put into your work? Whoever it may be, as long as it serves to inspire you to create quality content, it’s all good.

Every blogger has a reason for putting up and maintaining their blogs. Otherwise, they’re most likely to end up getting bored and just simply relegating what they started into the attics of neglect. As for the reasons that fuels a blogger to do his stuff – make articles, publish and promote them, and simply keeping his site up and running, there are numerous things that comes to mind. Every reason is unique to each blogger, even if the essence is practically just the same. But how about you? What makes you tick as a blogger? What compels you to maintain that blog of yours?

I grew up in a fairly conservative culture and admiring or encouraging body art in any form is close to being taboo. Although it isn’t strictly enforced and like any other rules, most of time it’s disobeyed. My late maternal grandfather has a collection of tattoos on his body – a snake on all limbs, a spread-winged eagle that covers most of his back, and portraits of Jesus and the Virgin Mary on his chest. Scary huh? I guess that would be your first impression and would even think of him involved in a gang or having just served prison time. Well, if that’s what you think, you’re wrong on all speculations.
