Am I contented with my current blog design? No. Why? Because I believe that there’s always room for improvement and that I should always strive to make mine better. Call it discontent or envy, call it whatever you like, but every time I visit other nicely designed blogs, I always say to myself that I’ll have mine like that someday.
I don’t know anything about css or html or php or anything that has to do with web design when I first started setting up my first blog. But this didn’t stop me from tinkering around my blog’s design, even if most of the time it resulted to either my blog crashing or me stumbling at a blank.

I just finished setting up my Community Page here in Private Corner. I have often thought of ways before to make my readers interact more, not just with me or my blog, but with other readers as well. I know, I know, comments or commenting is still the best source of interaction for a blog. But what if someone simply wanted to share an article, without going through the comments corner or the Contact Page?
This is where I thought of setting up a page where somebody could submit a link to an article they wanted to share, not just with me, but with others reading this blog as well. I’m really not sure if people would actually submit any, but what the hell. I just set it up for the sake of interaction, trying to make blogging life and the blogging world a bit better.

Naranasan mo na bang maghintay ng matagal sa stop-light, para lang masingitan ng isang sasakyang naka-wang-wang?… Ako rin.
(Have you experienced waiting on an intersection, for the light to get green, only to be overtaken by another vehicle with a siren?… Me too.)
I had the chance to watch the inaugural program of the newly-proclaimed president of our country, Benigno Aquino III, or more commonly known as Noynoy to the masses. The excerpt above was mentioned by his excellency during the early stages of his speech. Even though it’s not the crux of the speech, I could easily relate to what he said, for I myself experienced it. “Ako rin…”.

I have been brought up in a community where noise and commotion are ever present. Half my existence I’ve spent living in a street block where half the population are squatters. But I don’t mind. I have no qualms about them squatting in our community, since they mean and do no harm, and that some of them are former legitimate residents of the area. But I guess things never goes as easy as they seem.
In a community where there are numerous families, it is a given fact that there are also numerous children. The equation seems directly proportional, not unless each family in the community fastidiously follows and practices family planning. Though like I said before, I don’t care nor give a damn how big their family would or how many children will they have. As long as they know how to discipline their children and teach them the proper ways, I still have no qualms with them.

Do you blog? I do. I still remember the time I created my very first blog on Blogger, and named it Insights. Unfortunately, that blog didn’t last very long. After a couple of pathetic attempts of creating worthwhile articles, I became bored and eventually relegating it to the vaults of neglect. But my enthusiasm and craving for writing didn’t end there. I made a couple more blogs, still on Blogger, others on WordPress.com, trying to find what platform suits me best. Trying to attain the perfect harmony between me and the things I write.
